Welcome!
Erfan, pronounced as /er’fɑn/ or simply ‘Erfaan,’ means wisdom and inner knowledge in Persian literature.
I am an MSc Economics student at LSE, starting in 2024 and graduating in 2025. I found the training at LSE transformative, and here you can find my class notes during this period.
Previously, I graduated with a BSc degree in Economics from the University of Tehran. There I also served as a teaching assistant in the Department of Economics and Department of Industrial Engineering.
My research interests include economics of innovation and policy analysis. But I also enjoy exploring topics in microfoundations and financial economics, and learning about the novel computational methods applied in economics.
